Domain is redirecting

Hi!
I have SMF running on a windows server but I am going to move to  a Linux server and planned to try it before moving the forum, wich is working nice.
I installed SMF without problems, then I restored the dump file and it said it restored without problems. I checked in phpmyadmin and it looks like it is ok.
But now when I write the address to the provisory forum page it goes directly to the other one. (in windows).
The guys from my server said it might be somewhere in SMF that I have writen the address of the other page... I really don´t think I did that, but 

Do you have any good advice?

What is repair_settings.php?

Upload that file, and take its recommendations.

whith repair_settings I could see that everything was right, but it was repair_paths.php that resolved it
