have you asked your host about this? who is your host? this is not an smf issue, it has to do with your hosts server configuration.

it has nothing to do with my host, my files are big.

when i ask you a question i ask it for a reason, the database is controlled by your host not by you unless you are the host, your file size has nothing to do with it either unless that is causing your database to be large and your host cant handle it.
