Problem with converting

Hello guys, i created a folder smf now  the path is like:
site/smf/

There i moved sql file, smf files and convert.php, but when i go on convert.php its:
the converter did not find any conversion data files. Please check to see if the one you want is available for download at www.simplemachines.org. If it isn't, we may be able to write one for you - just ask us!
After you download it, simply upload it into the same folder as this convert.php file. If you're having any other problems with this converter, don't hesitate to look for help on our forum.

Why he couldnt find any conversion files?I moved db there and smf files...

I have vb db and want to convert it to smf.

I successfully converted my forum.

But the are still vb tables in the database?Can i delete them?

One way to find out...

Backup the database and delete the tables.

If something goes "Phut!", restore the backup!
