Link to the theme

This is modern theme for SMF 2.0.x, a rewrite of an earlier theme. It has some options added to it:

- option to add extra copyright line
- option to add Twitter/facebook/LinkedIn icons.
- option to add a custom footer, with 3 columns.
- option to show said columns on the right of the forum instead.

One of the best themes I've seen in a really long time..

Looks good.... as usual.

The 2 Best THEME I seen EVER in SMF.

DilberMC is the first, but isn't in 2.0 :(

Irisado

That's a really good theme in my opinion.  I really like the shade of green, it's clear, and there's no clutter.  Very impressive.

Really like the theme. I am having an issue.

Under Current Theme "Logo image URL:" does not appear to be working. I can change the image manually.

I am running:
SMF 2.0.4
SimplePortal 2.3.5

Tried clearing the browser cache, different browser and running the maintenance tasks on the forum. Also un-installed and re-installed theme.

Added a screen shot. Noticed it is showing the URL for the custom logo at the bottom of the theme instead of replacing the image up top. (Note: I layered the logo over the image.)

The theme doesn't change the logo at all, thats a bug. I am not sure why you see a url..but I cannot duplicate it. I will correct the logo error though.

OCJ

Please post here when the logo bug is fixed... I would like to install this   :)  but lots of mods so need to wait.

There is no singing/dancing smilie to use!

Not bad. I am currently doing similar with the footer blocks.  Nice work. ;)

I just thought it'd be a nice touch to the theme, been doing it for years so it not like its groundbreaking stuff lol. :)

One could actually make up a whole "mini-portal" around a theme and its settings(thats why TinyPortal was born anyway, when the theme wasn't enough)..but I am not sure its any interest for something like that. Either people use a full-blown portal like SimplePortal or even TP, or they need just a box or two underneath the content. I guess. (not really sure of course)

I am more inclined to think that the theme should look an feel good, rather than having a gazillion theme features.

ARG01

I found that most are desiring built in footer blocks or links and social icons. The only real reason that I use a portal at all is because it's just faster to build pages.

Yes.

TP would be much lighter if all it did was create extra pages. Its the panel and block functions + all the custom layout choices for its pages/articles that make it complex. In fact..if a theme could facilitate the showing of TP articles(without most of the article layout choices) and the blocks(without TP panels functions and block layouts) - then a theme would be all it needed. Maybe thats something I will add to this theme, looking into it now.

OCJ

Everything looks ok. Just 2 things I would suggest.

1. On some side blocks (custom html) it is using scroll bars when not necessary - doesnt look good. I think some of the older thems did this. Newer ones of yours I used didnt - Coral, Carbonate, Bloqcs were ok.

Proteus was one that displayed the scroll bars.

It shows the scroll bars in Explorer 8 and in Google Chrome, but not in Firefox and Opera.

2. The only other thing is there is no contrast or colour variation for sticky posts - just look like ordinary posts at the top (except icon).

I stripped most of those out. :D

Very nice theme, but there are some issues with stats_history.gif and useron.gif, it seems that files are broken

In what way? They are direct copies from default theme, but it could be the zipping process.
