Add small caps capability

Is it possible to add further formatting capability to the add/edit post toolbars? What I'm looking for, specifically, is the ability to use small caps in posts—and ideally by convenient means such as adding a small caps button next to superscript, subscript, etc. in the toolbar.

If this can be done, could you point me in the right direction as to how to do it? I'm not an admin personally but a user on a forum that's powered by SMF. The admins there are unsure that adding a small caps button is possible, but hopefully it is and you can help me direct them to the right resources.

It is.

You need to add a BBC for it, plus a button on the toolbar. There should be a MOD for that but I can't seem to find it
