Delete URL / link of menu buttons for tablet / smartphone / touchscreen users

Hello,

I just want to delete a link in menu. If I comment out 'href'.... there is a link to index. Is there a way to completely disable?

For touchscreens it would be nice if first item on dropdown menus don't link to an URL. If they touch on menu it opens and they can select their item.

in Subs.php:

You need to comment *all* of that out. That's a block that has several components.

Yeah, now I understand you... That's an issue with Android browser, it doesn't happen in iOS (actually not an issue on the browser, it's the way it operates).

Our buttons always need a link in the button itself. In that case, the link of the button is also the link of the first sub-menu, but that's not always the case.
