I'm in charge of Recruiting for my DayZ Clan. However, I'm unable to find a modification that suits my needs in making a Recruitment Form. I was wondering if I could get some assistance on this being as I don't know how to code one myself.

I wouldn't know how to code an application, nor put it on my website. I'm kind of clueless when it comes to SMF. Could you provide any assistance?
