Missing Avator - Upper Left corner of Forum

Hi all,

Here is something that has been odd. On my forum, my wife, who also is a moderator, (she has many admin privileges), her picture doesn't show (avatar) in the upper left corner. It has been that way for a while, it seems. I have seen it, I thought occasionally on her computer. But she notified me she doesn't see it in the upper left corner, so she misses admin messages to the right of her picture, because that space is not there.

I think she is the only one on the forum that this happens? Any solutions?

In the top right corner there is an arrow, normally ^

Check if this is actually currently v rather than ^, because the top section can be hidden away, and I suspect this is what's happened.
