Default shout box in new smf package

Hi all. A default shout box in new SMF package.

What do you think about this. then no need for shout box mod.

You are right but we must include shout box enable and disable button also. what do you think.

Very diplomatically put, K@    Avisona, it's still bloat whether it's enabled or not and more crap code for the team to maintain and support.  For the number of forums that use shout box I don't think it's worth it, and tbh I suspect shoutboxes lose more members than they attract because of their annoyingness.

It's not like they're difficult to install, as mods, either.

As they don't have to be integrated to anything else, I really don't see the point.

Due the the nature of SMF as a free software, it gets installed on very, very limited servers, before adding something as a feature, we kinda need to take that and other factors into account.
