Handful of people showing as 0.0.0.0

I've noticed that some users show no IP or hostname in their profiles and in Who's online show IP as 0.0.0.0. Now I do have Cloudflare and I've installed that mod for Cloudflare when I started using it 2 years ago however I've only noticed this in the past couple of weeks and it's only certain members..

How can I resolve this?

Hmmm... I just had one show up like this on one of my sites. Yet, I can say it's not IPv6 in this case.
If it was, I'd have seen more of it, instead of just the one.
I'll bet K@ is right, that some Proxy being used by someone, is the cause of infrequent instances.
