cant install version 1.0.5

hi i follow the guide and cannot install the smf 1.0.5. i upload everything to a directory smf on my host and than try install.php but nothing ex: www.xxxxx.net/smf/install.php and say error can someone help me

ok i resolve the problem the error is mine because upload the files to the server but forget put them on public_html
