[SMF 2.0.9] Popup images when mouse over for MTG cards

Hello everyone,
i'm looking for a mod (or code modification) to use in my forum. When i put a link on a card of Magic the Gathering, i'd like to see a pop up image next to my mouse cursor when i go on it. Is there a MOD or something that could help me? I tried many things, but nothing worked. I tried to follow this too:

The effect (the sushi one) is exactly the thing i want, but i'd like to use a tag like:

[ card ] Cardname [ /card]

The tag sends me for example, to  http://magiccards.info/query?q=cardname&v=card&s=cname [nofollow] when i click on "Cardname" but if i stay with the cursor on it, it shows me the image of the card.

I know there was a bbcode for that, i even downloaded "Custom BBCodes Manager" to use it. But the pop up doesn't work. Any suggestion?

Thanks for the help, i tried with that but it gives me only the link to the page. It doesn't make the pop up thing when i go with the mouse over it ;( Is there a setting or so maybe?
