Posts and topics statistics are way off...

This is the KAT forum. When I sum the individual count of posts and topics it's way less than the statistics down below. What's up?

There may be a reason but before the gurus answer, have you run 'Recount all forum totals and statistics' in the admin forum maintenance section?

Do you have child boards? (it seems not judging by the image). If you do, and you have 2nd level child boards, their totals aren't replicated to BoardIndex't totals.

Or, for some reason, it got wrong (which clearly doesn't happen anywhere that I know of...). Use the tip Steve gave you, it will recount that for you

the stats include hidden boards, as seen here on this site.
