phpFreeChat - unable to ban

hello i have some problem in phpfreechat
when some join chat room with space nick like "john 23" or "Alina 30". these nick can't banned why??
how can i remove space in this chat??

first....   please do not resurrect old threads that actually have only a tangential association with your question...   especially ons which are 7 years old and marked as solved.

second... If you have an issue with banning users in phpFreeChat, I would think that you need to ask on the phpFreeChat support site, not SMF...
