Tagging system, alerts / notifications, notification center.

The taggingsystem could be useful at loads of things, for example asking for someones help in a topic without sending an PM to her/him.
It works like this
User tags the user in a post or topic by typing @username and "username" will get an notification which is visible in the notification center. Not only that, "username" will get an sort of notification that slides in from the right (only visible when he is browsing the forum).

All of those can be configured, for example allow tagging in board: Help etc.
Notificationcenter will get notifications when you get tagged, theres a new reply in one of your topics which has notifications enabled, when one of your posts is removed, when theres a new post in a admin selected board and more including addon integrations.
