Hi all!  Hope you're having a great Friday.  :)

I would like to maintain a static banner at the top of my forum.  Using css position: fixed is easy enough.  The only problem is anchors end up under the banner, i.e. following a "new" link to the first new post means the top is covered by the banner.  How can I adjust the anchor up (or page down)?   :D

position: relative

Sure, but where?  I'm using FF Web Developer add on but having little success finding where it needs to go.   :(

You probably don't even need relative positioning. A simple margin or padding adjustment on the body tag will probably fix it.
