There is no search_form in index.css.  It's correct in 2.1 Curve.

as far as i know theme fixes are not wanted in patches as it is not known if they will break custom themes. so i doubt this will be fixed in 2.0.

It doesn't cause any problem I can see, just confusing if you're trying to customize the header.  Wasn't carried over to 2.1, so it's no big worry.

Well if its not a big deal, and if its fixed in 2.1. I'm moving ahead and moving this (marking as fixed).
