Site Navigation to connect blog and SMF forume

I want to have a connection between the site homepage, blog and smf-powered forum.

I want to replace the default Simple Machines Forum logo on the upper-right hand corner (see attachment) with Site Navigation. I am using Simple Forums version 2.0.10.

The Site Navigation will then become: Homepage | Blog | Forum | Help Options | About Us
