How do I Mass Delete Members?

Using 2.0.8 which I'll Upgrade now I'm in Maintenance Mode.

Not looked at my forum for ages, didn't have any members and now over a hundred and they're posting Porn.

I've deleted the members but I need to delete all the Posts. I click Remove and it works but not the first one, I get You are not allowed to delete the first post in a topic.
If you want to delete this topic, click on the Remove Topic link, or ask a moderator/administrator to do it for you.

I can't find Remove Topic and I am the administrator.

Please help.

Do note, you should enable quick moderation with checkboxes, so you can delete a bunch of topics at once
