Install issues

i have installed SMF 5 times all fresh installs to see if i did anything wrong ....

i have followed every step and every time i Finnish the install the forum loads with NO CSS and it is very frustrating and i do not understand why ... please help me

your server is completing the setup before it actually records the entries...   so it misses the url you want it to use and ends up with 127.1.0.0 (which is "localhost")

us that tool to properly set your URL and paths and your issue will be fixed

is the url supposed to be localhost

if not what should it be?

im looking at all the paths and urls and they all seem to be right

Set SMF Default theme as overall forum default
for all users: to YES
