move recent post below earlier ones

How do I make it so when my users post the most recient post is below what was posted before? Thank you for your help.

1.0.5:
Admin -> Current Theme's Settings (or Admin -> Theme and Layout Settings -> SMF Default Theme if you're not using the default theme)
Uncheck the box next to "Show most recent posts at the top" and save the settings.
Go back to the Current Theme's Settings, and click on "Reset member specific options for all members"
Check the first box next to "Show most recent posts at the top" and make sure the second one is un-checked.
Save the settings again.

Admin -> Themes and Layout -> Reset Options
Click on "Reset default (guest) options for this theme" under "SMF Default Theme" and uncheck the box next to "Show most recent posts at the top". Save the settings.
Go back to Reset Options
Click on "Reset all member's current options for this theme" under "SMF Default Theme"
Select "Change" next to "Show the most recent posts at the top" and make sure the box is unchecked. Save the settings again.
