Error in email link after Upgrading

Hi!

After i upgraded SMF to SMF 1.1 RC1, few members have already mailed me, that link for comfirming registration in email, is sending them to error page !? 

any idea what happened .. SMF is celan .. no mods added

Is it the same as this? For some reason it seems that certain mail services don't parse the "quoted-printable" characters properly, which causes invalid links...
