Animation not working

Anytime animation gif is addeed as user's avatar, it stop animating, just displaying as a simple picture, how would I ratify this?

Is the animated image larger than allowed (either in file size or file dimensions)? If so, the software will resize and thus lose the animation.

Isn't larger, or could being smaller cause it too?

If it's resized at all, the animation is probably lost. Is it being displayed at exactly the same size as the animation was working at?

They display at thesame seize they're working offline.
It just any animation put on the forum does as user's avatar doesn't work.

If you directly go to the forum picture in your browser, does it show at the same size and its animation works? That would prove that the picture was uploaded correctly and it's not in fact being resized by SMF.

I went and untick "Dowload avatar at given url" and choose If the avatar is too large: use html to resieze it" that is all, they are all working as expected now.
