Adding an SSI Function to show a List of Specific Topics

Hello,

I've added some very simple SSI functions to SSI.php that I've needed but now I'd like to add one and I can't figure out how to write it.

Basically I'd like to pass in a string which is a list of topic IDs like: "101,200,556" and have it output something that looks exactly like what "ssi_recentTopics" outputs. But obviously it would just show the topics for the IDs passed in.

If anyone could help me that would be great!
