sure we've got "Show unread posts since last visit" and "Show new replies to your posts"...

but is there a feature or a mod (maybe I'm missing it...) that will show all the topics that you are "subscribed" to??  So that I can click a link, and see all the threads that I have set as "Notify"ed?

just a thought

mastersmurfie,
a User can find a list of his current "subscribed to" topics
in his profile -> E-mails and notifications .

He can also preserve for himself a direct link
to his list of "subscibed to" topics
(save page url in the browser when in profile list).

Unfortunately there still no an option for a permission
to allow other Users ~to watch~
               the own "subscribed to" list
.

Here is my ~allowance~ to others
to watch MY "subscribed to" list of topics:

http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?action=profile;u=4594;sa=notification .

Still have failed to watch me ?

It is two different things "to be subscribed to"
                       and "to watch the topics".

"To be subscribed to" - is a little more your own will
and no more than an intention.

But the "to watch the topics" depends strongly
from the will of not only the administrator
but also of a User being watched..
                                             or not watched.

Do you allow other Users to watch YOUR "subscribed to" list:
http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?action=profile;u=18542;sa=notification ?

~You are not permitted to modify profile settings.~

Do you understand the difference between
                      "to modify"
             and just "to watch" ?
               And the developers do not.
                Do you understand the difference
between a User and a Developer..
                                     of SMF ?

Thantos

You are not allowed to modify the notification settings for other people thus you got the error message saying you couldn't modify the profile settings.  How about that.

This will bring up all your notifications.

Mike Mill,
Do not lie.
We are not allowed.. not only to modify
the notification settings of other people
which we do not want to modify
                                            for others (except if allowed)..

but also to WATCH those profile pages
which a User is ready to allow to watch.

Thantos

I did not lie at all.  Yes you can't watch other people's notifications.  Why would you want to?  But again stop trying to hijack other people's topics and start creating your own
