Safety bug in 1.0.6

BUG in 1.0.6: Using quick reply and quick-moderation, the quick reply won't work,
is there something wrong with the safety for moderators?

If my moderators use the follow settings:

Use quick reply on topic display:  on by default 
Show quick-moderation on message index as:  checkboxes

And they use the quick reply options to post a message the message will NOT be posted.
And if they use the follow settings:

Use quick reply on topic display:  on by default 
Show quick-moderation on message index as:  don't show

And they use the quick reply options to post a message the message will be posted.

"Normal" users and "admins" don't have this problem... Only the moderators...

I'm using smf 1.0.6.

The problem is with 1.0.6 (and also with 1.0.5) you are using als 1.0.6?

Using 1.0.6 and those settings posting a message with quick reply worked just fine for a local moderator that had no other privilages.
