Any more performance suggestions for high CPU usage?

So... I just moved a forum off of an old server to a new host.  Within about 2 hours of changing DNS to point to the new host, the account was disabled for using excessive system resources.  The host has been great in helping, they moved the site to a different server and it was back live within 30 minutes and now we're troubleshooting it before it gets moved back to the original server.

Apache was eating a lot of CPU, was the main problem.  MySQL seemed to be OK.

Anyways, I've changed table types to InnoDB where applicable and the host has tweaked the table_cache and thread_cache_size in my.cnf.  eaccelorator cannot be installed on this host due to php running via cgi (or something like that, can't remember exactly).

Here's a link to the status.php... hxxp:www.umphreaks.com/forums/status.php [nonactive]

Any other suggestions?
