Show Secondary Membergroup?

Before I get flamed, I just wanted to say I did search before asking.

My question: - is there a way to display a user's secondary membergroup in the display template file(user posts)? Or even the profile template(when viewed)?

What about even showing the latest member of a secondary group? Is there a ssi function for that?
