Enable Quick Reply

May i know how can i enable quick reply?...i heard from friends that rc2 has this quick reply features...thanks in advance...

It's a user-by-user setting, but you can forcefully turn it on for everybody.

In the Admin Center, go to Themes and Layout -> Reset Options. Firstly, click "Reset default (guest) options for this theme", and set the quick reply option to "show, on by default". Then, click "Reset all member's current options for this theme", tick the box beside the quick reply, and set it to "show, on by default".

Repeat the process for all other themes on your forum.
