Here's Silver_Shine v2, it's fixed alot of bugs in the template as well as a few changes.

You are, the smf copyright is untouched also im guessing that is regarding his site not the theme

That is on the new_ancient theme. Try looking again, I enabled the ability for users to chose different themes. I had it disabled and it wasn't letting anyone see any themes besides the one.
