Admin/configuration/server settings/forum title..... this allows you to Change the Forum Title]. What I am looking for is a way to modify the Forum Title  font size and possibly Bold it as well.

Thanks up front.

That would depend on the theme you are using and very likely a matter of editing the CSS for the theme. Mind providing a link to your site?

Not at all....   http://www.r6c-wfw.org it is the vertex theme. I looked at the css but could not find what I was looking for

The location where I would expect to see the Title of your forum looks to me like it's an image:

I do see it mentioned in the linktree, but really anywhere else.

You are correct. I am referring to Admin/configuration/server settings/forum title this is the small lettering that defaults to "My Community" on a new forum.

The much smaller Title: "Region 6 Chapter of Washington For Wildlife" is what I want to change font size and weight of.

OK, that is the link tree if I am understanding you correctly.
.navigate_section ul
http://www.r6c-wfw.org/Themes/Vertex-Theme2-0-2-v1-2/css/index.css?fin20
.navigate_section ul
{
display: block;
margin: 0;
font-size: 0.9em;
padding: 1em 0 0.5em 0;
overflow: hidden;
list-style: none;
clear: both;
width: 100%;
}
You could increase the font-size there, but it's going to affect other things that will appear there depending on where you are in the site.
Always be a little kinder than necessary.
