Pruning Inactive Members

I know there is currently a task that deletes members who have not logged in recently. However, I feel there is a need for a task that deletes members who have not posted in X days, but I cannot create it because I have zero PHP knowledge 

Has anyone created/will anyone create this tool? I feel it would be extremely useful.

There's a mod - see http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?action=search;basic_search=inactive - for 1.1.4 that should probably work on 1.1.10 that would do this.

It's something I've thought about, however if I were to, I'd only do it for 2.0 now.
