Register , karma , new icon help

1-one of my guest told me that  when he tries to register he gets this error screen
why this error comes ?

2-I have 2 accounts in my site... As a admin i can see the karma button but in other account as regular member i cant see the karma button.. What to do ? And is there a option so that specified member groups can see the karma button?

3-And as a admin i cant see the new icon beside topic means it does not loads the photo only text is visible. But in my other account as a regular member i can see the new icon. What the matter with me ?

Ive registered and it works perfectly.
The Karma Icons i can also see.

I can see you have registered .. Its ok.

But the karma button is not visible to anyone only to me...By the ways what was the karma name you saw?

I think you saw the karma totals but the karma buttons are missing means the button that increase the karma (Applaud)
