installed but cannot access

i already installed SMF into my pc and its working perfectly on localhost. but when i access the forum on other pc, i can see the forum but the pictures failed to load up. what seeems to be d problem>> hope someone could help

yes i can log onto the forum , but the problem is the pictures are not loading up.
