Would this be a good idea?

Yes
No

I noticed this "     echo $context['html_headers'];   " in index.template.php.

How about one for footers too, this would make things a little easier for mod   authors, since we can add footers in Load.php instead then, thus not effecting the templates making custom themes more compatible, the headers already does it, why not some footers :)

Hey, whoa, somebody else already had this idea..

$context['insert_after_template'] does the same thing, nice discovery ..Arantor..

Well it would have been a good idea...
I guess its a good idea, but not needed.
