Interchangeable themes/skins/styles?

This is a general inquiry about SMF but I didn't know which board to put this under. Feel free to move it if this isn't the appropriate board. 

I'm new to SMF and am in the process of getting my forum set up. I want to know if SMF has a feature that makes the skins interchangeable.

you can enable the ability for your users to pick different themes if you have more then one installed. if you install mods on your forum you will be responsible for doing the edits on each of these themes.
