How to add Menu on top right like this Community ?

I am using SMF 2.0.11 and default Cuve theme. How to have the top right menu like this community ? In my forum, it display the Simplemachine logo only

It will work just fine with 2.0.11

Menu in this site is custom generated and powered by menu elements (of main_menu) so you actually need to construct your top menu manually if you want it like that (no modification currently does it).

The problem with this mod is that it removes this Forum description text line, Which I do also find as very useful.

then where else do you want the new menu to go? there is no where else unless you get rid of the logo and put the menu on the left. if you do put it on the left you may have a lot of css changes required.

I agree, you need to do some changes on top section and fit everything.
