Logo IMG url change setting does not work in control panel

I tried to change the logo of my forum. This is the logo I wanted to use: https://ibb.co/LhQFTwK
But I set it at that logo and the logo has not changed at all.

Not a bug, the setting works - Both with default theme and custom themes that offer the option, I've used it plenty.
It is a per theme setting, so you need to make sure you are editing the correct theme - It may also be that you need to upload your image to your own server, because many other places (like imgbb) may simply stop you from hotlinking, or require a specific url format to be able to hotlink. You also need to actually link to the image, and not a page showing the image ( like your example link).
