Maintence Mode and Logging in

I think I may have discovered a bug.  I set my forum to Maintence mode this morning around 10 am.  I noticed just recently (after 9pm) that somebody logged into the forum.  I just tried it.  It does ask for an Administrator Password, however, the system still appears to show as a member was able to log in.

No, it shows that they *tried*, not that they're actually in.

The log has always operated this way.
