features request:
add a log to keep track of every karma that's been changed, and who changed it

this is already on there in the individual memers profile.
And i think a log is kept in the database.

Sorry for slacking the last week or so with this... I haven't had (and still don't have) access to my main computer, and therefore my editors and files. Thanks to adbrad, Fustrate, and Arantor for helping out support-wise.

Eudemon, would you care to further explain your second request? Do you mean that if you've already given that person Reputation for that post you want an icon to show up saying so? As it is now, the icon simply disappears. Or do you mean something else?

it's hard to go to everyone's profile and look for it
a log in maintentance showing who changed who will be helpful
cuz this can prevent member spamming reputations...

for example see attachment, those area, show "who added how many points"or something like that, and also show the comment they typed when adding karma if there's any

also i have another problem with using this mod, when i changed the setting to 1 power is increased when 1 point is being added, but then when member add karma, 2 points are added... n i remember when i changed this to some other number it turned into 4 points...how does this work? :o

n thank you for your replies

Try opening up your Load.php and finding this:
mem.last_login, mem.karma_good
Replace it with this:
mem.last_login, mem.karma_good, mem.karma_disabled,

As a first thing let me say thank you for an excellent modification!!!

Alas I have a problem in our forum

Database Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 's Tease')' at line 4
File: /xxx/Sources/Karma.php
Line: 373

Some details: Forum version: 1.1.11
Mod version (according to packet manager) 0.1.2

The mod made the updates from 1.1.9 (IIRC) to 1.1.11 and still works fine.

Oups I nearly forgot: when does the error occur? reproducible whenever the topic contains an apostrophe '. Changing the topic to a version without the apostrophe (Where's -> Where is): error is gone :)

It's just a bit annoying to explain the problem again and again.

May I push my question up so it does not get forgotten? Thanks

Confused Too

I have loaded Reputation Mod into one of my forums and run the GiveReputation.php.  All installed easily with no errors.
It works but the ability to Add Reputation is missing and I can't revert back because I ran the GiveReputation.php?

Any Ideas?

have you set the permissions to can + rep and can - rep

Confused Too

I have given the authority to the regular users but as Admin I presume I already get that?
I have also tried Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome but nothing?

adbrad

have you got the little heart icon
have you enabled the reputation via admin>configuration>core features

Confused Too

Yes,  I have read the documentation and enabled everything.  I have checked the images are correctly uploaded but still no heart to allow anyone to give reputation.

Confused Too

The forum is private and for people invited only so can't give you access.

The screen shot should be enough to see that there is no ability to give or take reputation.

you have no profile icons and such which is where the rep icon would be
