Hello everyone.
I opened a forum with SMF 2.1.4 but users are saying that they can't remove their own messages from the shoutbox and find always a captcha to resolve before to send a private message to someone.

Please, how can I allow them to cancel their messages from shoutbox and sending private messages without captcha?

Regards.

@rjen

If I recall you are using the TinyPortal shoutbox?

Might be important to mention that...

If so, bad luck: there is no permission in TinyPortal allowing users to remove their shoutbox messages. This functionality is for admins only

Thanks for your answer, rjen.
Yes, I use TinyPortal.

Do you know a way to remove the captcha from the private messages, please?

I understand but users find it annoying.
Is there really no way to change this little safety standard?

Admin -> Anti-Spam -> Set post count to zero in 'Post count under which users must pass verification when sending personal messages (0 for no limit, admins are exempt) line.

I meant to suggest where to find the setting. I always recommend to search the admin settings before asking for support...
