moved but while moving more users and have to copy..

Guys I moved successfully from phpbb but while I was installing mods and cleaning up
which took me a few days ( I was busy)

more people have registered in my old forum and more topics have been created.
Now I have a headache, Do I have to uninstall every thing and start again.

I  changed a lot of things in my templates

I am very much confused

Put your phpBB in "offline mode", then re-convert. Any data in your current SMF board will be overwritten, but you won't lose any template changes or any changes made by mods.
