Changes to php files and images not refreshing

Hi,
I am using SMF 2.0.15 with cache turned off. I have done a hard refresh (and manually cleared my cache), tried a new browser, and cleared the php on my webhost (godaddy)... but not having much luck.

I made some updates to BoardIndex.template.php and overwrote some images in the FTP on a custom theme I am trying to build (total newb though). None of those changes are reflecting on the site and I am at a loss... I'm sure this is something basic I am missing, but does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Ask GD support to disable server caching (good luck with that).
