Edit's not showing?

On my SMF 1B4p board, if I edit someone else's post, it adds the line 'edited by ....', but if I edit one of my own posts it doesn't.

How can I make it show all the edits?

There's an option, set to 3 minutes by default, that won't show this if you edit it just after posting.

"Edit Wait Time" is set to 90 seconds (by default?) on mine...
