Is there a way to have my own image host?
Because my members need to upload printscreens from a game, and if i have my own image host it will be exelent 

I want a "page" for example like  imageshack

If you have enough room on your site, why not host them there?

Yes, but i want a thing like, the users search the image they want to upload, and there are options to "resize" the image, and they upload

Maybe you can try SMF Media Gallery mod. It should have search files and resize images features.
