Need help with replacing login section

I need help with replacing login section on my "As" theme.
Look at the attachments...
I have also uploaded my index_template...

its will be easy if its only  login box.is that theme available for free?i can't edit with only index.template.php. or css too

Do you still need help with this japan_6? After much playing around, I have found a solution onto getting the userinfo at the top right.
