Posting problem

For reasons unknown to me, on my forum  from the responses window disappeared  of an entire block in which were contained in the formatting features of the post. BBC code is missing buttons, etc. emotkins. These functions included in the post with hand work.
It is probably not the style of wine because this is also the base style.
The only operation that moved the forum was adding several new Emots
Any ideas why this happened?

You must have disabled the show bbc buttons on post page in your theme settings

The problem is in this that I have this option active and still missing these buttons
