Forum is showing in maintenance mode - but isn't under maintenance?

I can log in as myself with no issues.... And then the forum seems fine to me.. But my members are telling me it isn't working for them. Any suggestions how to get it out of maintenance mode? I just upgraded from RC5 to 2.0 yesterday....

Admin -> Server Settings -> Disable Maintenance Mode

THanks a million, I knew there was a checkbox somewhere LOL I just couldnt remember where to find it.. and checked under the maintenance section to no avail.
I really appreciate it.
