How can i restrict personal message and personal mail

Hi,I am using SMF 2.0.7 version.Please any one helps me to provide steps to block sending personal message and and mail .

Block them using membergroup permissions.

If you're an admin of your forum, you should have already come across the permissions section in your admin control panel.
