Display a field from Members Table in message window?

SMF Version: SMF 1.1.3
As a result of an additional feature from the Shop mod. I now have this field "insurance" in the table smf_members. This field stores a numeric value whic I want to display for every member in the message window just below the number of posts. Please can anyone help with how I can do this?
